People may refer to such a leader as Impulsive brash reckless Mad Cap based on his impressions to be reckless to go into the unknown,  without thinking of consequences. 

In reality, this Avatar needs to be adapted that will help to face the new challenges with a foresighted future.   He/ She is operating against all odds to get the results that were visioned. 

We have to adapt this Avatar to walk the tightrope and take all kinds of risks to survive in a  new scenario. 

They don't get scared by taking the leap of faith in the unknown, where and how they will land. 

Our grandparents and parents were real risk takers leaving a settled life in the erstwhile Punjab of Pakistan to migrate during the horrors of partition to settle in a new country.  



         

 2.  'The Closed System Phisher Hacker' :       When any government office plagued with decision paralyzes and  too much bureaucratic rules to prevent any productivity 

People refer to such individuals as Phisher Cracker who break apart a highly secured computer system. 

Now in the same parlance, we need guys in attitude to break upon a highly closed system with so much secrecy that one surrounds oneself from outside influence only to avoid efficiency and productivity. They will hide behind long bureaucratic processes and paperwork, rules and regulations approvals over months like we see in every government office or PSU with not much productivity 

This Avatar will help to break the barriers of bureaucracy, and red-tapism culture and bring in best practices of a lean mean culture with an accountable work culture.  They will break the shackles of the closed system.    They help to streamline various processes to get things done faster and efficiently. 

We need this Avatar among leaders in every government organization that has ruined the country with its closed system of zero visibility of why they actually exist why the earn salaries and what productive work they do.   

There are stories of such people who exposed the rot within the system. 
        
      



3.   'Irreligious Spiritual '  to prevent biases on religious ground and divisive agenda 


They are called Atheist's unholy profane as they are non-believers themselves in any religion. 
However, they don't have any ill will towards anyone who practices their own religion.  So in one way, they are Secular and Liberal to allow themselves the right not to get influenced by any religion but they respect other people's choices also.   

Anyway, this avatar will help to neutralize the communalism among people.  

This avatar doesn't believe in religion much more in spiritualism. They believe in one cosmic unknown God who is beyond any earthly religious text or folklore. 

Such an Avatar will prevent  Religion, caste bigotry, and all types of  Communalism   


    



4. 'The Anti Establishment Reformist'   to counter a corrupt system.

They are basically  Revolutionary nontraditional against any system that is totally broken and not bothered about any accountability.  In such a system, cops and bureaucrats  or officials think they are beyond any questioning and will pass blatant orders of corruption 

This avatar is standing up against illogical  & corrupt orders emanating from the misuse of authority. 

Many will claim that this kind is the one who will not fit in the scheme of corrupt things so they call such an avatar as the Rebel.

We need many such rebels against corrupt orders in police and administration working to say no to a corrupt order.  






5.   'The  Anti-conformist Maverick' to counter any divisive ideologies 

They are called   Dissident oddball counter-culturist 

This avatar will strive for reforms of true democracy and counter any ideology that suppresses the rights of any community.    

He/ She  is a change agent and  can speak like a white knight giving  an aristocratic  talk  in the parliament or conference rooms & boardrooms, and  also be a   streetfighter  to lead a reform movement of industrial or political or social revolution with the peaceful protest  for rights of the  common people

They take on an autocratic or authoritative regime, and others will call them negatively anti-establishment or radicals but in reality, they are the ones who give a sane voice to protest against the brutality of the establishment. 

           



 6. 'The Ambivert personality  to lead an organization of different kinds of personalities

They are often referred to as unemotional apathetic personalities with no feelings for anyone or having any  favorite or liking for anyone in particular but in reality, they are a  mysterious personality

Many will claim that this avatar mixes well with all alike without any affiliations to one type

In truth,  this avatar is an Ambivert Leader for handling diversified team members of introverts and extroverts people with different likes or dislikes and different affiliations. 

These are the best kinds of people to prevent divisive chaos arising out of polarization in respective organizations.                 




   

7.     'The Nerd' to counter brainwashing or indoctrination.

They are referred to as a freak, geek, dork, or wonky egg head who has scholarly looks  and are bookworms or heavy on social media 

He/ She is actually a Deep  Thinker as a Data truth seeker. They are the best ones to counter fake news media and social media rants.  They are usually doing fact-checking and data to come to the truth of the matter
They are social media or writer influencers to educate people to use their basic rights and election votes properly for competent leaders.
They usually give the impression of a nerd hence the nickname. 
They encourage free thinking and consensus-based decision-making. 
     



8.    The Empathic Godfather.

 They are the original empaths helping stressed out and depressed lot tfight out the circumstances.

 It is better to find a Godfather  who will listen to your woes and will give you practical advice 





     
   9.    The  Shrewd

They are often called as cunning craft or scheming people but in reality, they are quiet insightful 
       
 He/ She is an OODA Practitioner for handling sudden and quickly changing working conditions and preventing chaos.

 They are the best lot to someone around when a calamity happens or a forewarning happens as they do work with intentions to solve a problem, they follow the OODA way to get things done ie observe, orient, direct, and act fast.  






     10.   The Square and Straight  Trouble Shooter.
     
 He/ She is the lone ranger fighting for Justice only by the righteous path against corruption and hate crimes.

 They could be that lawyer or cop or the singular judge fighting it out for a victim for a raped victim or someone who has given up hope to get any justice.
